Brazilnut Meal is an ungraded by-product of nibbing or chopping Brazilnuts. Consisting primarily of very fine material it may also include small pieces of up to 2mm in size. Great as an ingredient to be combined with flours if you want to add a Brazil flavour to a product with minimal impact on texture. Brazilnut Meal is also favoured amongst the fishing community as a bait as the oily nature of the nut allows it to disperse easily and entice the fish.
