About the job

We are seeking an experienced and passionate sales/account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealing directly with key accounts via email and telephone, and video calls, processing contracts and sales orders. As a sales and account manager at HBS Foods, you will play a key role in the daily running of the office and general sales.

Role and responsibilities

You will be responsible for customers accounts, overseeing orders and contracts, updating prices structures, building relations with new and existing customers, have an understanding of all roles and responsibilities within the office, covering colleagues when required, have knowledge of the products and processes we offer.

On a typical week

Our main office will be open from 9-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9-3pm on Friday. You will be part of an 8–10-person team in a modern open plan office. Each workstation has a computer with Windows operating system, outlook email, bespoke business program for stock control and sales. Lunch breaks are normally taken with the office and kitchenet when required.

About you

You must have computer skills, confidence to communicate with customers, colleagues, and directors.

 We offer

A salary between 26K – 30K depending on qualifications and skills.

Holiday entitlement runs from 1st April through to the following 31st March, a five-day worker is entitled to 20 days, five of which are to be retained for Christmas/New Year shutdown, leaving 15 of their choosing plus 8 bank holidays (3 of which fall at Christmas/New Year).  This means that we pay the statutory minimum of 28 days (5.6 weeks). Additional days, i.e., service days are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in the Employee Handbook.
