These come in three sizes ranging from 8mm to 14mm. They are put through an industrial grade chopper and then sieved to the appropriate size. Their size makes them more substantial than Nibbed Brazilnuts and provides greater texture when being incorporated into the structure of a meal. They can be eaten raw, the smaller pieces sometimes being preferred when compared to the large Whole Brazilnut as a snack.
