This is a fine meal-like product that is more suited to being added into recipes before being baked. It is not a ground product in its consistency, but resembles finely shredded pieces of coconut. It imparts a strong flavour to anything it is added to. This product can contain minute traces of sulphur dioxide and has a naturally sweet taste. For decorating or embellishing an item Coconut Medium is more appropriate.
