Golden Sultanas differ from Raisins and other Sultanas by having a golden hue. They are soft but sometimes chewy to the pallet and can contain traces of sulphur dioxide. Oil is used to try and keep the products separate and individual. A common added to breakfast cereals and breads a fantastically versatile and tasty dried fruit.
