Whole Pitted Prunes are a naturally moist product and so they may seem sticky upon arrival. This product may contain traces of Sorbic Acid. They are great as a snack and have a wide variety of dietary benefits. Alternatively, chopping or dicing them into smaller pieces is a good way of adding the prune flavour to different meals, particularly popular amongst the baking community.
