Macadamia meal is a by-product of 0-3mm particles from the chopping process of Whole and Broken Macadamias. They still maintain a creamy texture and are more suited to bakery products. It's oily texture makes it an ideal addition to sweet and savory pastry but also used in biscuit bases and yogurt toppings.
