Macadamia Paste has a very smooth texture to it due to the amount of naturally occurring oils found in the source nut. It has a very light cream colour much like Whole Macadamias but is more versatile if you are looking to add it to any form of cuisine. It is popular among athletes who will use Macadamias in smoothies to provide a massive boost to their energy levels.
Stir before use as some separation of oil will occur.
