Blanched Cashew Paste is becoming more and more popular as a product. It has a naturally dark cream colour which varies in tone dependent upon the batch. Blanched Cashews Paste is a great source of protein and is regularly incorporated into shakes for people looking to add that extra kick to their diet. It can also be used as an ingredient, adding flavourings such as mint or fruits to it to before being served as slices on a biscuit base.
Stir before use as some separation of oil will occur.
