Ground Mixed Nuts is comprised mostly of Ground Peanut with smaller quantities of almonds and walnuts added equally. This gives the product a predominantly pale appearance with dark brown flecks of walnut in it. The texture is predominantly fine with some small gritty pieces coming from the walnut. It can be used as a substitute for flours in home baking to lend an overall nuttiness to the flavour without being too strong in one particular area.
Ingredients: Almonds, Peanuts and Walnuts in variable proportions.
Allergy Advice: This product may contain traces of other nuts. Preservative and additive free.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place preferably in an air tight container once opened.
