Pumpkin seeds are edible, flat, oval-shaped seeds found at the centre of the pumpkin fruit. When removed from the flesh, they can be rinsed and roasted, either plain or with other flavours such as herbs and spices to create a delicious, crunchy snack. Heat treatment reduces microbiological levels whilst intensifying flavour and texture.

Warning: This is a natural product and despite multiple controls and careful cleaning in origin, impurities (e.g., seedpod, plant parts, stones etc.) may still be present.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place preferably in an air tight container once opened.
