We produce this product by putting Natural Shelled Hazelnuts through a nibber, reducing them to small diced cubes of approximately 2-8mm. They can be used as a garnish for recipes requiring a hazelnut taste or even added to dough or bases to add the flavor and impart texture into a dish.
