    Whereas the Roasted Peanut Paste has a distinct orange colour the blanched version is a pale creamy colour. Consistency can vary dependent upon batch and the natural nut oil in the nuts being processed at the time. Blanched Peanut Paste is a great way to add a hint of peanut flavour without adding the vibrant colour and can be mixed into sauces to provide the flavour.

    Stir before use as some separation of oil will occur.
