Pecan Meal is a by-product from the production of other pecan orders on site. The material is not sieved to any specific specification and as a result contains very small nibbed pieces down to the fine meal. It is useful to either supplement or replace flours, the latter particularly being the case for people who suffer with an intolerance to gluten.
