Dried Black mulberries are an excellent superfood. They have a unique mixed texture with some berries being chewy whilst others are crisp. The flavour of black mulberries is just as unique, earthy, fruity, sweet, yet slightly tart. This nutritious fruit is packed with fibre, vitamins, minerals as well as contain antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. They will also work as a fantastic supplement to breakfast cereals, muesli, desserts and cakes.
