These almonds differ from the non-organic product by being less uniform in their appearance. They often seem flat and are a "dusty" color but this is completely normal. They have less of a crunch when compared to Natural Shelled Almonds but are used in exactly the same way.
Please allow an extra 1-2 days for dispatch of organic products.
