The roasted version of the Flaked Peanuts have a stronger flavour and a much more crisp texture. Apart from the colour difference the general appearance of them is very similar to the Blanched option. Again they can be used in a variety of meal options. The roasting process removes more moisture from the nut however making them prone to snapping or breaking if they are worked too much.
