Not to be confused with Natural Roasted Almonds, these are the roasted variant of the Whole Blanched Almonds. The cooking process gives the nut a more substantial crunch when compared to the normal item and obviously gives it a browned colour. More commonly seen in salads or deserts they are a great addition to any home baking enthusiast to use as either ingredient or decoration.
