Our paste is made from cashew nuts that have been roasted then ground until smooth. Is 100% natural with no added preservatives or additives. You can consume it on its own or as an additional ingredient to breakfast smoothies. Is used in Indian and Thai cuisines as base in savoury sauces and curries. It makes a wonderful addition to soups, stews and salad dressings and marinades.
Stir before use as some separation of oil will occur.
